The staff was attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request i had. i especially liked the daily surprises. I got cookies one afternoon. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. I slept very well each night.
the tap water had a brown color, i did not use the taps.

my room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens, it also had a nice balcony. the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly each day.

Staff members were always smiling and ready to help. the turn-down service at night was a nice touch. I received small gifts. i could always find someone available to answer questions.

the hotel is near the beach, i saw fine sunsets every evening. it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, the area is very lively. the hotel offered convenient access to various activities.

The staff were lovely. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were particularly kind. Yuni at the front desk assisted with my departure, and Juwita was a great host. I got a nice evening turn down service. The daily surprises in the room were a cool experience!

The staff took care of all details. They were friendly. I had a very relaxing massage. The staff also provided daily gifts. This was a surprise. The sunset music was nice. I liked the show. The attentiveness was great, though the music was loud at times.

The rooms stayed cool enough that i did not use the air con. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best on my trip. The oil scent in the room was nice. The room was spacious! the breakfast was delicious.

i found the pool to be quite good. the surprise treats provided throughout the day were a pleasant touch. the staff was friendly and helpful with arranging bike rentals to explore the area.
i noticed the tap water had a brown tint. i also found that insects could easily enter the room because the bathroom is partially outdoors.
