constant surprises and romance
afternoon treats daily surprises
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I especially loved the afternoon treats around the pool. complimentary nibbles and drinks were a really nice touch. the staff were always kind. i appreciated the daily surprises too. they really pay attention to details. the turndown service was excellent. they left little gifts each evening.
The tap water was a brownish color. I could not use the taps easily . the bathroom is partly outside which means insects and mosquitoes can easily get into the room.

the hotel had amazing sunsets from its beachfront location! i enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach. the beach club had a dj, fire dancer, and saxophonist. there was reserved seating in the evenings for sunset, a nice touch.

The room decor included pink accents (very romantic i think!). The room included daily turndown service with unique small gifts, always a nice touch. Priority seating for hotel guests during sunset was provided and staff managed the crowds effectively.
The music near the beach could be a little loud at times.

attentive staff daily surprise spacious room
The staff was attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request i had. i especially liked the daily surprises. I got cookies one afternoon. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. I slept very well each night.
the tap water had a brown color, i did not use the taps.

Really good Staff and Good Surprises
lovely staff turn down service daily surprises great host
The staff were lovely. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were particularly kind. Yuni at the front desk assisted with my departure, and Juwita was a great host. I got a nice evening turn down service. The daily surprises in the room were a cool experience!

The staff took care of all details. They were friendly. I had a very relaxing massage. The staff also provided daily gifts. This was a surprise. The sunset music was nice. I liked the show. The attentiveness was great, though the music was loud at times.

The rooms stayed cool enough that i did not use the air con. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best on my trip. The oil scent in the room was nice. The room was spacious! the breakfast was delicious.

good pool friendly staff bike rentals brown water outdoor bathroom
i found the pool to be quite good. the surprise treats provided throughout the day were a pleasant touch. the staff was friendly and helpful with arranging bike rentals to explore the area.
i noticed the tap water had a brown tint. i also found that insects could easily enter the room because the bathroom is partially outdoors.
